(DO NOT call us for tradeline orders, only email. Why? This is so we can keep our prices low if you check above, our prices are EXTREMELY competitive)
Note: Wells Fargo, Chase, Discover lines require a soft pull with the address we provide you or a hard pull. Or they will not post. It is your responsibility to do the soft or hard pull.
All Lines post in 1-2 weeks after the Statement Date.
* All US Bank lines post on the 1st to 2nd week of the following month.
the 1 to 2 weeks posting doesn't apply to the US Bank tradelines.
All SSNs/ CPNs are subject to skip trace analysis and will refuse service.
We guarantee the AU tradeline will stay on the file for 30 days. It can stay longer, but that is the minimum. We can not refund if you gave us the wrong name, misspelling, SSN, or DOB, so please double-check. We guarantee your tradeline(s) will post on 2 of the 3 bureaus OR YOUR MONEY BACK. Tradelines post in 10 to 14 days from the statement date. Make sure to be checking your credit report after the 10th day. For refunds, we need a working 3 bureau login to a credit monitoring website to verify your non-posting and help you get it posted. We can not accept CreditKarma. For non-posting of an AU, please fill out the non Posting Form on the bottom of this email between the 2-4 week window of it posting afterwards. We can not look into non-posting AUs or refund if you request a refund after 4 weeks have passed from the statement date. Please make sure you are waiting around 10 to 14 days and checking your report to give time for the AU to hit. If you are requesting us to look into a non-posting AU over 4 weeks later, we cannot credit or refund you as it's too late in the window of posting and for us to help you get it to post with a soft pull/address merge. Our refunds are done through chase, bank of America,or google wallet only at this time. We will no longer be refunded if a line posts as 'terminated' since it will still boost scores.
We don't guarantee score increases or getting scores for blank files. We guarantee only posting on at least 2 out of 3 bureaus.

We are now offering Primaries.
We have been asked multiple times to provide a Primary, so we are now providing it.
It is a Jewelry Account for $15,000 that will show on your credit for 6 months minimum, but most of the time stays for up to a year.
Cost is $1.500 (Remember, it's staying for 6 months and generally a year)
What is a Primary?
A primary account holder refers to an account's main user, such as a bank or credit card account.
Example: an Auto loan, a mortgage, or a jewelry account
What limit is the Primary on my account?
It will show up as a $15,000 primary account. It will show up as a jewelry account.
What's the difference between a Primary and an Authorized User?
A primary means that you are the primary holder of a credit account or revolving credit line.
A primary account holder generally adds an Authorized User.
(A husband has a $10,000 credit card, but he wants his wife to be able to use his credit card, so he calls his bank and adds her as an authorized user. His $10,000 credit card will show up on her credit report a month from then.)
The husband is the primary in this example, and the wife is the Authorized User in this example.
How long will a Primary stay on my credit report?
We guarantee it will stay for 6 months, but it can stay as long as a year. This is a revolving account and reports like a credit card. It will show on the report like a $1200 to $1500 balance but paid down by the provider every 2 months. The client (you) doesn't have to make a payment at all.
When will the primary show up on my credit report after I pay for it?
It should show up 30 to 60 days (1 to 2 billing cycles) after the primary statement date. It will report as a revolving account and an individual.
Do I have to do anything for the primary to post on my credit? (example, a hard pull, etc.)
No hard pull. Just sit back and wait 30 to 60 days.
Will a primary help boost my credit?
Yes, it should increase your credit score and history as you are adding a whole new primary credit account to your credit report.
BUT we only guarantee it will post to your credit. We do not offer a refund if your score doesn't increase or you do not qualify for that house you are applying for. You are paying for the primary to post to your credit only.
Since this is a primary account, will I owe anything? (as you will get a bill in the mail)
No, you will not owe anything at all. You do not have to do anything, and you can just keep the bill for your records if you like or can dispose of the bill in the trash. Again, you do not owe anything.
What if it doesn't show on my report for any reason?
We tested this multiple times beforehand, though, but yes, we will refund or credit you if that happens for any reason.
Can I buy a primary for my CPN file? or just my SSN file?
No, we do not accept CPNs for the primary. We will ask for ID and SSN after the deposit is made.
Deposit Instructions for Primary
Instructions are the same as tradeline deposits. Simply send the deposit whichever method you prefer, and then we will confirm payment. We will then give you some basic instructions to get the primary posted to your credit report.
