”You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you.
”To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to Amadi Reserve Development, 8555 Hough Ave Cleveland, OH 44118 before midnight on the 3rd day which begins after the date you have signed this contract stating ”I hereby cancel this transaction, (date) (purchaser’s signature).’’

IF WE ARE UNSUCCESSFUL AT REMOVING ANY NEGATIVE ITEMS FROM YOUR CREDIT REPORT WITHIN THE FIRST 90 DAYS ON ENROLLMENT INTO OUR PROGRAM, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
OUR PROMISE TO OUR CLIENTS IS THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH YOU ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES UNTIL ALL THE INACCURATE NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL CREDIT ANALYSIS HAS BEEN DELETED.
Once you have canceled your account, any data that was entered into the account will only be kept for up to 90 days. If you would like to have access to this data, you will have to reactivate the account by processing payment.
Therefore, before you cancel, please make sure that all data, customer documentation, and any details you would like to save is properly backed up. We will not do this for you. After these 90 days have passed, any information left in the account will be purged to continue ensuring uptimes for our server environment.

Amadi Reserve Development will only accept new customers that can benefit from our tradelines services. If our tradeline does not post to any 2 out of the 3 main credit bureaus, you can request a refund on that tradeline
Amadi Reserve Development is committed to offering quality tradelines that we guarantee will post to at least 2 bureaus within the reporting period or we will issue your money back on that tradeline. Please note that you must purchase the tradeline by the “Purchase By Date” for us to guarantee that it will post on the next reporting cycle. If you purchase the tradeline after the “Purchase By Date” then we guarantee it will post on the following month’s reporting period.
All non-postings must be reported within 21 days of the first scheduled reporting date.
All non-posting refund requests must be processed in writing via email and the first step is to create a free CreditKarma.com account and confirm the following:
1. Confirm that the tradeline is not being reported on both TransUnion and Equifax. (If it is being reported on 1 of the bureaus listed on Credit Karma but not the other, please see additional instructions below.)
2. Confirm that your credit report has been updated after the last date within the reporting period.
If you can confirm both of these points above, then you may request a refund on that tradeline. All refund requests must be in writing. Our customer service phone line does not process refunds or have access to your order information.
Please send us an email to support@amadireserve.com with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Order #
3. The 4-digit card ID for the tradeline you are requesting a refund on
4. Your username and password for your CreditKarma.com account so we can verify the non-posting.
Please note the email address and password are both case-sensitive, so please send us accurate information.
If your creditkarma.com account does show the tradeline posted to at least 1 bureau, we will need to look at your Experian data to prove that it did not report to at least 2 bureaus. Tradeline Supply Company, LLC will accept an Experian.com or CreditCheckTotal.com username and password to verify the Experian data only.
Our refund department will confirm this information within two (2) business days and once confirmed we will issue a refund on that tradeline within two (2) business days. Normal fund transfer times may apply. The refund department is closed on weekends.
Grants for First-Time Homebuyers | Workshop
A cancellation request for a class delivered by an instructor live online made in writing and received by Amadi Reserve Development, LLC at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the first day of the Course shall entitle the Customer to either a full refund of the course fee paid.
