Amadi Reserve collects personal information including your full names, birth date, previous and current addresses, and other relevant details needed to restore and repair your credit. We may also collect other anonymous demographic information that’s not unique to you, such as your state, age, or city. We may collect additional non-personal and personal information in future. This information may include your browser type, IP address, domain name, referring website address, and access time.
Use of personal data collected
We use your personal information as required to submit your case to relevant creditors, credit bureaus, courts and other important third party credit organizations to help resolve matters securely with regard to your credit report. We mail paperwork containing client information through USPS securely, and only the partner to our company submits it, not staff members, or employees. Information such as domain name, IP address, browser type and access time is essential for the operation of our credit repair service. It helps us to maintain the quality of our service delivery, and access useful statistics regarding the use of Amadi Reserve.
Why we share your personal data
At Amadi Reserve, we only share personal data with creditors, courts, credit bureaus, and third party credit organizations to help remove any inaccurate accounts from your credit report in a bid to resolve credit related issues as requested by the client in a legal and effective way. Those parties use the personal data we provide them to help fix errors in the credit report, and not for any other purposes. To help resolve your credit matter efficiently, accurately and safely, we are required to send personal details such as Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Proof or Address and more to credit bureaus, courts, creditors, and other third party credit organizations.
How to access and manage your personal data
After resolving your case, some clients may request that their information we obtained from them be completely deleted. However, if this happens, we won’t be able to work on your case again in future, if for some reason, we need your erased information. Our clients may request their personal information to be removed by mailing, emailing or calling us via phone.
We will confirm the information deletion through email, and once we delete the information, we may not be in a position to help the client in future regarding the same case. If for any reason, the client requires us to resolve the same issue twice if the problematic accounts reappear on their credit report or if a third party needs the same information, we won’t be in a position to help them with the matter if the information has been deleted from our secure server. In that case, the client may be required to sign up again and provide their personal information.
