Amadi Reserve Development is organized for the civic purpose of acting as a recipient of federal, state, local or private funds and real property to be used for housing, community development, and economic development activities, and other related activities, within the corporate boundaries of Ohio, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Florida and to have and exercise all other legal powers permitted.

Olmoni Amadi first learned practical mechanical skills while working with his father on handy projects at home. He then earned an HVACR diploma at Porter and Chester Institute in Stratford, Connecticut, graduating with high honors. Amadi is an accomplished HVACR professional bringing proven expertise in HVACR operations and practices to the Real Estate industry. His project management career has a solid history of achievement in the industrial HVACR mechanical work. His areas of expertise include the design of mechanical HVACR systems, project management as well as fabrication and installation expert of ductwork, piping, cooling towers, chill water equipment, and commissioning.
Amadi held a position as the solar project manager and solar systems operations while working with Solar City. In this role, as a solar project manager, he maximized efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies. Amadi was responsible for the quality of work, and for keeping a project on time and within budget. Solar installation managers identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk; develop systems to manage safety and quality assurance on-site; coordinate installers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors; and monitor their work to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets. He also provides technical assistance to contractors and reports on progress to owners, project developers, and financial partners.
His career experience includes the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale® now known as the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. Among his many roles with the company and Fort Lauderdale office, Amadi managed member services as an Information Central Specialist.
As one of the many hats, Amadi has gained experience as a Credit Repair Consultant. He has been focused on changing lives for many consumers with poor or bad credit at one of the best places to work for companies in the nation while following all Government and Federal guidelines such as Consumer Credit File Rights and CROA enrolled members in a credit repair service, which is unique and very consumer-friendly.
Amadi offers excellent project management and team leadership abilities. He considers himself a blue-collar executive, who has a diverse experiential background. Amadi serves as Treasurer for Non-Profit, N.E.V.E.R. H.A.P.P.I.E.R., INC. in Brooklyn, NY. Moreover, he is the current Vice President and Treasurer of Lyons Pride Investments, LLC in Irvington, New Jersey. Also, he is the active President of Jinisys Products, INC, in Brooklyn, NY as well as the active President of Amadi Reserve Development, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, he sets corporate direction and goals for all divisions and interests of all companies.
Rayma Garraway-Amadi is a multi-faceted business professional with several years’ experience in various leadership roles including insurance, real estate, property, hospitality, and facilities management. The breadth and depth of her experience include real estate development and renovation projects not only in the United States but also in the Caribbean. Rayma is an astute risk management professional with a keen eye for detail. Rayma can identify, assess, and prioritize business, operational, credit, and market risks to implement risk mitigation measures. Rayma has developed the ability to evaluate problems, think strategically, and create effective results-oriented solutions.
Rayma studied Hospitality Management and Human Services at the City University of New York (C.U.N.Y.). She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute and a Certified Chef. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in New York, New Jersey, and California. Rayma maintains her licensed Life, Health & Accident, Property & Casualty, and Business insurance agent. She holds an active Notary Public in New Jersey and California.
After having gained experience in investing and developing several commercial and retail properties in the New York, New Jersey areas, she took an entrepreneurial leap into building larger development projects that embodied the sense of place she wanted to offer the community. She has assisted individuals in underserved communities by developing an incentive for new owners with multifamily units. The program will first address the revitalization of Zombie multifamily units and scout renters who are awarded a year’s rental income be given to the owner before moving in. Taking this blueprint and initiating in several locations throughout the Tri-State area in collaboration with various agencies, city officials, and other entrepreneurs. Recently assigned designee in The City of Orange by mayor Warren under the name Paris Development Projects LLC with the construction done by JHJC Enterprises LLC. Rayma holds vast experience in property preservation / Management by U.R.MGMT LLC.
